The entrance to River House is not simply access—it is a statement. A custom-designed gate that defines arrival, privacy, and the beginning of something set apart from the world beyond.
The main gate is a one-of-a-kind structure, custom designed by Harry Hasselbach. Spanning two lanes and rising over twenty feet in height, it is both substantial and refined—built to complement the scale and character of the estate it protects.

When approaching from the outside, the gate can be opened through a secure keypad, a dedicated remote control, or integrated directly into your vehicle as a garage-style opener. Each method offers convenience without compromising privacy or security.

You won't want to leave, but when leaving the property, an underground sensor detects approaching vehicles and opens the gate automatically, allowing for a smooth and uninterrupted exit experience without the need for manual input.
A built-in battery backup keeps the electric gate operational for days in the event of a power outage, helping maintain both access and security regardless of external conditions.
Special codes can be created for emergency entrance, service providers, guests, or other approved access needs. License plate recognition is also available as an optional enhancement.
The gate includes programmable gas and electric lighting on the inbound side, with electric lighting on the outbound side, creating a defined and welcoming arrival experience.
