Centrally located on the estate, the main shop consists of four bays: three for storage and one enclosed, heated workspace fully equipped to build, repair, and maintain.
Behind the shop, two large covered storage racks provide space for building materials, scaffolding, and seasonal equipment.

Included equipment features a 2004 F-350 dual tire flat deck truck, a Kubota 40 HP tractor, two ATVs, a zero-turn mower, and a 17’ jet boat with a new jet engine and minimal use.
Additional equipment includes a backhoe, snowblower, rotary tiller, post hole digger, adjustable blade scraper, rake, tractor-mounted wood splitter, and a trailer with a 300-gallon tank, fire pump, and hoses.
The main shop also includes saws, a drill press, and the tools needed for ongoing repairs and new projects.

The upper shop houses the equipment needed for maintaining the lawn and garden areas, including the zero-turn mower, push mowers, chainsaws, weed trimmers, limb tools, and a full complement of hand tools.
